Here's a few quick tips I have found that will help you all get more followers on steemit.

Just a little extra thing, don't post stuff that will affect you or other people as you cannot delete a post on steemit. This is also another reason to play post good content.

Interact with the community, upvote people, get into some conversations and be friendly to everyone.
