I guess while he is turning all of us in for flagging he better turn in Youtube and Twitter for shadow banning accounts. Hurting those folks views and causing them to lose potential ad rewards. With his logic if he robs your local bank and you turn him in you have stolen from him.

spend 10-15 minutes looking at his accounts activity and there is all evidence . the only reason you hear from me now is because for last two months your buddy flags every cent from my posts . and as long as he keeps doing that you will see my comments all over the place
