What is the truth of Korean community?
I read a post by @tarazkp titled A perfect storm of disasters.
Since I read @tarazkp' s writing, @tarazkp seems to think that the Korean community is an isolated and unusual group.
I think I misunderstood his writing because I'm not good at English. I'm Korean, but I don't join the Korean community, so I don't know much about the activities of Korean steemers.
After joining the steemit, I wanted to talk to foreign friends, so I talked to Koreans less. English-speaking steemrs seem to say that Korean steemers now join the Tron created by Justin Sun.
English users, including @tarazkp, seem to be dissatisfied with the reasons Koreans support Tron, and seem to express a lot of disagreement.
I don't know much about the purpose of the establishment of steemit and the cryptocurrency. However, I have often seen advertisements for steemit in Korea.
Koreans recognize steemit as a place to receive cryptocurrency after writing to steemit. They think that if they post their posts at steemit and receive cryptocurrencies and speculate, they make money.
In conclusion, for most Koreans, steemit is recognized as a place to earn money through speculation by receiving cryptocurrency. So, Koreans are not interested in the centralization and decentralization of steemit.
It may be Most Koreans consider steemit as a speculative product.
I'm poor at English, so I don't know much about steemit and cryptocurrency, so I need advice and help from others.
The majority of Koreans will be in a similar my situation. So, trusting the propaganda of Korean brokers under Chinese capital control, Koreans will support Tron.
Although I'm not good at English, I try to communicate with English speakers, but most Koreans seem to make their own community and make money.
Most Koreans seem to be more interested in cryptocurrencies than talking to foreigners beyond language and cultural barriers.

I think the Koreans are (were) isolated, not unusual. Over the last six months is the most I have seen the Korean community engage outside of the circle.
Yes, it seems many Koreans see Steem as a place to earn for their writing, but do not think about how the pool is shared among all users on Steem. As a result, a very small group was taking value without thinking about others at all. this was fine for a long time because people didn't notice as there were the bidbots that got the attention. Once they were gone, the small circle became very obvious where people were posting single images for very large rewards. The rest of the community started to notice this and reacted.
You are right. People's impressions of the platform are affected by how they arrive here. However, many people learn differently as they interact with other users. The problem for the Korean community is, it is a Korean community - there are no other users to interact with, so the speculation and earning is all there seems to be.
The decentralization of the blockchain is a core reason anyone else is on the blockchain, and that anyone else is a much larger community and also has stake behind it. While the Korean community is only looking to speculate on a coin, the rest of the community is trying to build a new economic model, including governance and distribution.
If the Korean community did expose themselves more to the rest of the community, I think we all could have learned something valuable and maybe we wouldn't have ended up here. Part of investing is understanding the dynamics of the investment and on Steem, that means understanding the community - Something Justin Sun obviously failed to do.

@tarazkp, nice to meet you. I don't know if you misunderstood your writing because the English is poor. As you say, Koreans make money after making other Koreans join their community.
As you say, Koreans only use steemit as a means of making money. So, they are not interested in talking to foreigners to create new economic models and governance and distribution.
It is because Koreans lack English communication skills and understand steemit as a speculative product. In particular, Koreans are under the propagation of propaganda by Korean brokers under Chinese capital.
I don't know the purpose of Steemit's establishment and the cryptocurrency, so I need advice and help from others.
