Have a look at my latest post which received 61 votes in under an hour for a post which should not have had this much attention (most of them started coming immediately and the count was almost complete in the first 10 minutes):

The vast majority seem suspect (they just resteem posts). I have not had a chance to go on 'steemd.com/@shenobie' to check each acc out to see which of the few are genuine (e.g. I assume 'upperhostler' is one of the legit few from a cursory glance at the profile).
