Yes you can...5K steps a day gets 20 tokens....works its way to 10K per day equalling 100 tokens.
Sounds good to me! I work in a warehouse and I walk around all day at work!

This is an awesome app! For everyone like yourself, I was happy because I dont like to be sat online and have things to do :) hahahaaha
