STeeMiT, My Experience so far...
It has been around two weeks that I joined Steemit and I am compelled to say that I am disappointed with my experience I have had with Steemit.
Here, I will write down the reasons;
- It is hard to find people who encourage you rather most are just busy fighting each other and finding even more powerful Steemians who they could follow and get followed by.
- If you're lucky enough to find a Steemian with more steem power than you do and if they've started following you, they won't either upvote you or upvote you but with no steem effect.
- Big Steemians won't pay you enough attention or won't follow you even if you're good enough.
I feel same way but i am just staying put. It gets better with time. One day you will get their attention. No need to feel down. No lamenting. ..lol
hahaha... I won't say it's say lamenting, but I won't say the counter either lol
It's just that things are not how I supposed they would be lol
Its general...u can join @steemhunt and other groups. To keep yourself busy on this platform and earn. I am new here, was also feeling this way but i adviced myself to be patient and with time i know i will get better. Just engage yourself anyways.
Well, @steemhunt seems new to me and I think I should try it. Thanks to you for the suggestion. By the way, I joined some group or something via a link shared on some Steemian's profile and I guess it took me to Dashboard or something and believe me, It made me head spin when I got there lol. I had no idea how to add people and do other stuff there, so I left lol
I just visited @steemhunt. LOL, how does one tackle or get familiar with this strange thing ???? xD I hope I am not sounding stupid lmao

I think you are going about this the wrong way. You need to interact ( comment) with stemians that you have common ground with. They will follow you than.... Then write and post...

That's another thing to worry about...
mostly, if you're looking for interactions, you'll find the trending posts from powerful steemians and they won't pay heed. On the other hand, there are new ones like me, who are just busy looking for famous ones to follow and not interact with the ones they should be interacting with...
