Steem price going down again

I came online now and when I checked the price of Steem in the Steemit's internal market I saw that the prices have gone down.

It is really confusing, I was hoping that the prices will go up again and stay at the normal 1 Dollar mark.

But it is sad to see that the prices have gone so down that the price right now is at Forty cents per steem.

What I am going to do right now is store as much Steem as possible and then sell when it gets up. One thing that i could never understand is why the prices are going down?
