The possibilities are endless, i could imagine IMDB paying such tokens for reviewing films which then could be used towards buying a cinema ticket so rewarding people for adding good content. Just like nectar points any company however small could offer loyalty reward tokens that would have a broader value, the only limitation is in the imagination.
