Veteran editor ("Slgrandson" since early 2005), correcting you a bit.
Nearly all WP content can be edited by anyone, regardless of registration. Several pages can be only edited by users (semi-protected) or administrators (fully protected). Furthermore, article creation is restricted to credible users. Otherwise, good call for action!

Thanks for the clarification. I've corrected The Cryptocurrency template info referred by @sothernwolf in these comments.
If you can assist me in watching for changes on the Steem and Cryptocurrency template pages that would be appreciated.
