world mental health day never judge someone it could happen to you or someone close to you

I suffer with depression and everyday is a struggle some days i just don’t want to face anyone and other days i put on a front so no one will know how much i’m struggling,but still we face arrogant people who play on the fact they know you suffer with your mental health and try and push our buttons to get us to break,hopefully one day these type of people become a rare race.
