1: first you need to create accounts on blocktrade.us and poloniex too

2: then go to poloniex balances and select deposit/withdrawl
3: search btc in search box and click deposit of btc
4; copy the btc address

5: now go to blocktrades and select steem dollar in sent and bitcoin in recieve
and paste the poloniex btc address and click on get a new deposit address

6: now your new address will created copy the memo address

7: now go to steemit wallet select SBD and transfer and fill the blanks
