Good morning steemians friend. How are you? hopefully healthy and your fast run smoothly. Some people often make the fasting month as a means of dieting. But in fact, many people who even gain weight during fasting. There are 4 things that we should avoid in order not to gain weight during the month of fasting.

Avoid Too Much Sleep
The sense of weakness during fasting is often the reason for many people to laze around and spend a lot of time in bed. Especially after the meal. Whereas the habit of sleeping after eating is often the cause of her weight gain.
