Buying Steem? How quick did you recover investment?
Your Steem Purchase and ROI?
Seeking feedback from those who have purchased steem and steem power to quickly gain influence. Did you payoff from the voting and blogging return your investment? If so, do you have a general time frame as far as recovering your initial investment?
100% Steem Power or 50/50?
Once you purchase do you then accumulate the rewards in Steem Dollars or do you continue to keep investing in your power? I would really be interested on hearing from those who purchased Steem, built up their accounts, and continued to be involved in the community. Did you re-invest or did you cash out your initial investment after you have influence?
Do you spend as much time being a curator as an author? Do you use voting bots and if so what voting power are you able to maintain?
Best Steemit Role Models and Mentors
Who are some people who are most experienced with this topic? @JerryBanfield @Craig-Grant are the one's I've found that have put out the best articles in this category.
Check other users' profiles on Steemwhales to get a good snapshot of their earnings based on their SP levels and their posting.
Receiving your rewards in SBD (50/50) is best when you think the price of SBD will be over $1 in the future because the blockchain always assumes the price of one SBD is $1. Therefore, if the market price of a SBD increases to $1.20 you can use it to buy an extra 20% STEEM assuming the STEEM price hasn't changed significantly.
Continue posting about real estate. That is a topic area that isn't saturated on Steem and probably represents an opportunity for you to build a niche.
Good feedback
I believe @jerrybanfield has addressed this in one of his posts or videos, I just can't remember which one.
I have watched his video about going all in and really liked it. I've been making several smaller purchases as I learn everything better. Thanks for the feedback.
FYI: @Jerrybanfield did a good article on witness voting as well. If you get a chance I would encourage you to vote for him. He really seems passionate and committed to building a stronger Steemit platform.
