Yep, I saw those transactions. There's a bit of this shady activity going on. I have a screenshot of an account that was doing exactly this. Leaving spam comments on a clearly fake account and upvoting them for huge sums just to get the funds to transfer back to the upvoting account. Such callous behaviour.
