the price of the spread STEEM-BITCOIN is still moving in sideways @0.0032/0.0038.

We don't know the next trend of the spread, but we just know that the breakout could generate a new trend. In technical analysis, the target is the dimension of the sideways. So the bearish target is @0.00255 and the bullish target is @0.00459. (Look at the arrows on the previous chart).
