Very interesting idea, although it excludes very poor people.

Despite this lack of size I find the idea very interesting and would deserve to be implemented. Anybody working on this file?

Is there a start to work on your idea? Utopian. io would be a good lever to allow developers to work on this while generating a small, encouraging salary!
