Post payout in 100 % SBD?

Yesterday I was checking the eSteem app, and in my feed there we a few posts that had the little "dollarbill" tag on it.
Now I checked all the channels I use Steemit.com, Busy.org and the eSteem app... there is no way you can post with a 100 % payment in SBD's...
So now I am very curious via what way this is possible, because it would increase the value of our payments by almost half.

This used to be possible, up until a few months ago. Now can only choose between, 100 % Steem, 50/50 Steem/SBD or decline payout. On all the platforms I use.

Seeing that some people still have this possibility, makes me a little nervous. Because I feel like I am missing out.

Explanation

You get paid in SBD's as if the value of SBD were equal to 1 USD worth of Steem.
But now for a while now the value of 1 SBD is significantly higher. Now around 4 USD.

So if you could choose for a payout of 100 % (and this post proves it, although it is only visible if you look via eSteem) you would gain 3 USD on a 8 USD payout.

Really curious about this, anyone?
