Change is good... as we all know not everyone can be kept happy with change... but, without change we stunt our growth as a community. If we do not change as an individual we can also stunt our on growth! I am looking forward to this change as it is an attempt to move us in the right direction! That is the key... moving forward... sometimes you have to take 2 steps forward and 1 step back to move and progress. Learning from that step back is the key!
