We all know and have expiriens the fast transactions in steem . Today i have some diferent opine. I dont know if its just me , glich or ...............
I try to transfer some of my founds to poloniex , usual it take less than 5 mints .....
Today stats :

Is it because of the new fork or ITS JUST ME ?
There is a hard fork today to 0.18.1. This means nodes need to update their software. The updates take several hours. This results in exchanges being down while that update.

Maybe problem with poloniex? Yesterday I was waiting for my translation more than an hour.
