Maybe instead of asking for random comments which fill the blockchain, maybe do a similar contest but instead say, "Post a link to the most inspirational thing you've read or seen today" or something which brings value to each post. Just a thought. Either way, in theory, you can do what you want because you won't be censored in the traditional sense... though you might be downvoted.
