After making a new local high at 12.5k satoshi yesterday, the price turned and made a new local low at 11.2k satoshi.
At the moment its traded slightly above the newly made local low, at 11.3k satoshi.

BITTREX

4 hour Bittrex chart - Feb 18, 2017

Bittrex had a downtrend to 11k satoshi and is now trading at the same price as Poloniex, 11.3k satoshi.

Poloniex volume about 57% lower then yesterday, ~40 BTC.
Bittrex volume about 16% lower then yesterday, ~9 BTC.
