Alchemy of STEEM
The true value of STEEM and the Blockchain are in their alchemical origin:
"To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ." 1 Peter 2:5
The wisdom traditions the world over are replete with stories which analogize Man as being a living stone. Whether from clay, or dust, or rough stone itself Mankind had its origin; its genesis.
"I baptize you with water for repentance.But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit AND FIRE." -Matthew 3:11
Continuing along these lines one might ask themselves: what happens when a stone heated by fire becomes exposed to water? Conversely, what happens when a wet stone is exposed to fire?
In a word: STEEM
