RE: I am an Orca (Really Big Dolphin)

In a sense most of social businesses are pyramids where early adopters reap the most benefits. Why shouldn't early adopters get the most rewards? They took the most risk in believing in the platform from the start. Things are not fair when these early adopters get their stake without much risk at all.

Actually this was the case when inflation rate was 100 percent here and relatively few people were on the platform to divide the rewards among themselves. That's how I understand everyone got insane rewards.

A more democratic system would be to award everyone a certain amount of tokens for every upvote, comment and resteem regardless of stake.

But then there wouldn't be much sense in powering up and everyone would flood the market with their earned tokens thus driving the price even lower than BTC manipulators do today.

Maybe to fix things the inflation rate should have been steady from the start at say 2 percent like Stellar has?
