Steem, steemdollar and steempower is also a trinity.
Steem is the image that gets measured by the outside, it can be volatile.
Steempower is a slow mover and directed inwards to the content of steem.
The balance of these two creates a safe environment for the steemdollar to exist and that way it can be used as an exchange of currency that is easy for everyone to measure it's value.
