Steem Bashing, What EOS Maximalists never know.
Steem has dozens of trolls and Twitter is the place where you see different shades been thrown at humble Steem. I call it humble because few Steemians go on defending spree, hence a lot of things go unclarified both true and untrue.
As one of the early adopters in this side of the World, I can attest to the facts and the things Steem has done in countless lives on and off the Blockchain.
Recently, I have been seeing too many comparison between Steem and EOS, not that comparisons are bad, infact its good for business, but some competitions make no sense in the actual sense of it, comparing to Blockchains and hyping one over the other is just like a soap opera that always ends with another series always coming up.
Most EOS evangelists hates and likes to discredit Steem probably based on the creators and their rifts, Dan Larimer and Ned Scott were the initiators who as a result of some personal rift ended their tech-relationships, yes I call it that because we only of their separation on the Steem Blockchain when Dan announced his leaving. That's the part EOS maximalist don't understand, he left to start another project and I believed he didn't do that to start a rivalry.
Recently Blockone, the Company behind EOS launch its own social platform called Voice, then the shading starts all over again, users without clues start throwing jabs at Steem, one user called Voice Steem 2.0 and then I couldn't help but orientate him what he was missing.
From the Twitter announcement, there was already a rift with some EOS fans calling it not so spectacular, yet Steem which seems to be the lab rat to all this upcoming projects and forks trives on in its third year running.
Many project are improving on the Steem Blockchain model, they still haven't gotten it right, I would say kudos to the steemdevs for all the upgrades and technical know-how, the economy of Steem might be imbalance but it has solved hundreds of real life problems something a lot of tokens haven't been able to achieve yet.
Don't bite the finger that fed you is a popular saying, each Blockchain projects with it's unique flaws and inadequacies, that doesn't make one superior to another, in this case EOS is yet to touch as much lives as Steem is doing, so Steem is still the Grand Maestro!
