Awesome…. I delegated 3,000 Steem Power. Do I need to wait 24 hours for my 1st upvote ? Or does it happen right away ? I am going to start buying more Steem so that I can delegate more… can I add to an existing Delegation or do I need to undelegate and then delegate with a larger amount ? Is there a best time to post ?
Upex starts over at midnight UTC each day, that is when delegations are updated etc. Posting after that time will get your post upvoted. You can always edit your delegation on steemworld, no need to undelegate, just add to your delegations.
