You didn't even mention the refusal to take countermeasures against the drop in rewards after The Fork, which was avoidable: a sign of total contempt for Steemit users, and a rather silly design decision when you are trying to grow something resembling a social media site.
Again, wishing you all the best, I hope Dawn will soon be upon us 8-).

Excellent point @ocrdu - this refresh time would be fine for a week, but with still 26 days to go, it's gonna be a long haul!!
