Poloniex Trying to blame Their Issues on Steem
The following is the message that Poloniex has placed on Steem exchange. They have halted any exchanges for the time being.
It reads "STEEM is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdraws will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the STEEM team. Any updates must be tested and audtied before enabling."
The issue with the idea of network issue is absurd since no one else is having these issues. They need to take the blame for this. Bittrix's prices are trading at different values but they aren't abnormal. And internal market and other trading means are working just fine.
Why blame others for your own faults Polo. Correct me if I am wrong.
Really abrupt market moves like this crash tend to highlight weaknesses. I sure hope there isn't something really wrong with Poloniex.
Being new here and to the world of crypto I did a lot of research before my first payment. Finally decided on polo, registered, confirmed email, put in my info and BAM! Sorry, you live in Washington state. We no longer accept from your state.
Needless to say I was very grumbly! They could have at least put that on their front page.
Yea there are a lot of strings attached and hidden rules that these crypto sites dont share until its too late, no transparency.
