While you are right that the regulatory scrutiny is increasing, there are a number of exemptions for small projects to really be able to issue securities under current laws which are not as burdensome as some that we have seen go through issues with the SEC. I think this convergence will bring an interesting period of time for most platforms that can provide tokenized solutions for projects.
