Great progress no matter the ups and downs as they will always occur! The important things is that we adapt to the changes around us a be reminded that it is a community which entails that we support each other and strive to create value for the ecosystem.

I can get onboard with that, @newageinv. I'm not much of a leader or a follower when it comes to community kinds of things, but I do like to help out here and there, and otherwise hold down the fort. I think holding the fort is what I'm actually best at. :)
