steem dollar prize will be 2$ or less

what will be the steam dollar prize. do you think it will be 1:1 or 1:2. i trade many times on coinousd and bit usd and i find closely that it go down below 1$ but mostly it always remains more than 1$ and sometimes even 5$
will you think steem team try to take it to over 10$. i think this will happen soon. what do you think?
