Trying solar panels

We have these neat lamps at work for our outside storage buildings and many other rooms that electricity is not an option due to money issues which i am actually happy about because we use less than we normally would!

I had a thought! what if we try to at least eliminate the light in our bedroom and setting up a panel just out of our window and using it when necessary? I mean yes it's not that big of difference but we start somewhere- I will a 100% support this and maybe help you with a percentage of the cost!
