1.) You need Python 3.5 or higher
2.) I'm not sure if it works under Windows.
In Ubuntu, on Python 3.5. Errors start at "Failed building wheel for Scrypt".
sudo apt-get install libffi-dev libssl-dev, then retry.That did it! You're the man @furion.
