Question about Steem: What is going on with my feed?

So I've noticed this for awhile now but it's finally come to a head and I'm going to do something about it... Ask!

As you can see by the picture of my feed this morning. The first is at 37 min ago, the second 1 hour and the third 43 min!

WTF?

Who and what is arranging my feed and how do I change that?

I simply want to see what the people I follow are up to in chronological order! Home — Steemit.png

Well, that was quick. I thought I had another example that wasn't a resteem but I can't find it... so maybe I was just not paying close enough attention... my bad!
