Hello i like to know how i could transfer the steem from the saving account if in the dialogue box doesnt appear the memo ( from poloniex) o desttag ( from shapeshift)

You can't transfer Steem from the savings account. Just like a savings account at a bank, you can only withdraw to your regular payments account (the first line labeled Steem in your wallet). From there, you can transfer Steem to an exchange.
