I dedicate this post to those who are overweight and do not know how to fight it. To begin I warn you that if you decide to lose weight, then you need willpower. You must change your habitual lifestyle, and this is stressful for the body and you must master it.
I started to get better after I changed my profession. It took a lot of time at the computer, sedentary work. I had complexes. And it began to influence self-esteem and personal life. It was necessary to take action.
My methods of dealing with obesity:

1.Healthy sleep.
Try to sleep 6-8 hours a day. This helps the body to relax and it will be easier for it to cope with the metabolic processes.*

2. A glass of warm water with an lemon juice on an empty stomach.
Yes, it works. The best way to clean the body of toxins and prepare it for meals.

3. Sports.
Fitness helped me.
You need to train 30 minutes a day at least. Divide the workout by 2 approaches - in the morning before eating and after work in the evening, for example. You can use yoga, dance, walk a lot, walk, run, squat. In any case, it will only benefit.
4. Exclude convenience foods. Eat natural foods.
Do not starve! Hungry, you will slow down the metabolism, which contributes to even more obesity.

  • Eat vegetables and fruits only raw.

A good post especially your remark about the job.

It is proved women who sleep about 10 hours a night are slimmer, so are kids. So a good, long nightrest is important.

Btw M is not really a big size unless you are very short

Thanks for the healthy advice.👍 Looks need few as put on some extra carbs lately. I want to add that you must a be routine eating habits. Any or improper eating schedule also leads to obesity.
