Post the chapters on Steemit. I've done that with several books of mine, and it can be very lucrative.
For a preorder you could set a price and then in the memo have people write their email address and the words preorder. You then email them to get their shipping address.
Great idea! I hadn't considered that you could do a simple transfer like that.
