Let'make steemit great (not again)
I really like this guy with his big vision on different topics:
One of the most important sentences is, that we all should tell people about steemit! But we should never tell to invest in Steem as a currency.
Despite the fact that it would democratize steemit if every user had at least 100Steem in order to being able to make some impact through Steem Power people should do that on your own idea! People are spending their precious time on social media all day long so why they should not earn for posting?
Tell them that they can earn for spending their time posting and changing perspectives of other people, inform or just show that they are important and earn with this hobby.
That this plattform can connect people through the English language (a good side effect of the US hegemony) and spread ideas about cryptos, money, democracy, freedom, media and the future with people we might have never added on Facebook is a great deal anyway!
So steem on and bring some friends in!

I totally agree with the author. And in fact I was using the same argument my self) Since people already spent countless amount of time on social media, they might as well get paid for it. You should also tell your group of friends that from the start you can always follow each other and it will help in future development of your blog! Stay positive and lets all contribute what we can into development of STEEMIT.
