Wow that's useful to know. That's a fascinating visual to see the evolution from early adopter to 'mainstream'. The other thing to note are the unique categories that Reddit has that give it it's own cultural flavor like: AskReddit, awww, todayilearned, treees, AdviceAnimals etc.. I think Steemit will have it's own cultural flavor and unique categories..

If this can be used as a prediction for Steem, we shouldn't be too worried about the current bias towards, steem, philosophy and basic income. Just look at how the "programming" subreddit has practically disappeared.
