Actually using a sidechain without some sort of Zero Knowledge Proofs arrangement runs into the same issue of visibility, huh? And storing posts on the sidechain, well at that point why not have a separate network altogether?
None of the things I mentioned are reasonable.

I was thinking about P2P delivery that you've originally mentioned, but that would require both parties be online for the handshake -- all right for live chat, but not so great for blog posts. Unless, we essentially delegate that to all previously authenticate parties, like saying "X, you're allowed to share key with Y when they come online", hm.
