Steem measured in Special Drawing Rights? (STEEM/XDR) Price Charts for Nov 18th 2016
Everyone seems to be talking about the SDR lately, some even calling it the New World Currency. But is it ?
The International Monetary Fund's Special Drawing Rights are not new at all, and they most certainly will not be a currency you and I will be using. The SDR is an international reserve asset, created by the IMF in 1969 to supplement its member countries’ official reserves.
The value of the SDR is based on a basket of five major currencies—the U.S. dollar, euro, the Chinese renminbi (RMB), the Japanese yen, and pound sterling—as of October 1, 2016.
So what is steem's value when measured in SDR? Let's have a look just for kicks... :)
The value of Steem for today is XDR0.08078855. It has a current circulating supply of 216 Million coins and a total volume exchanged of XDR77,110.9. Market Cap XDR17,480,892.1 |
