Yes, but this is measured against the USD. Same story though as the USDx was 100.34 when these charts were created.

I had thought to measure steem against gold and silver as well and did gold eariler today. Since gold is down at the time it looks much better for steeem. But of course we would need to watch over time to really see what is happening.
