안녕하세요 마입니다. 최근 제가 시행했던 일주일동안 스팀 발전을 위한 제언에 대한 이벤트를 했었습니다.

영어와 한글로 2가지로 작성했으며 스티밋 발전 제언과 당첨자 공지를 해드리도록 하겠습니다.

스팀의 가치 상승과 스팀잇의 발전을 위해서는 스팀잇 유저의 증가가 필요하다는데 대부분의 사람들은 동의하고 있습니다. 지금 스팀잇은 내부 활동은 활발하게 이루어지고 있지만 외부로 소개되는 일은 드뭅니다.

그나마 암호 화폐와 관련한 글은 오픈 채팅 방, 구글 1면 등에 소개되는 일을 종종 봤지만 다른 글이 소개되는 것을 본 적은 없습니다.

스팀잇에 발행되는 글은 외부로 소개되는 일이 드뭅니다. 페이스북이나 트위터와 같은 외부 SNS에 스팀잇 글을 소개할 동인이 부족합니다. 이를 권장하기 위해서는 스팀잇 보상 체계의 변경이 있어야 한다고 생각합니다.

저는 이런 방식을 제안해 봅니다.

스팀잇 유저 추천과 더불어 외부(비로그인) 추천 비율을 추가를 제안합니다. 외부 추천 비율을 얼마로 할지는 논의를 거쳐야 합니다. 일률적인 비율이 아니라 외부 추천 상한선을 설정해 두는 방안도 가능합니다.
내부 추천 및 플래깅은 스팀파워Steempower 뿐만 아니라 명성Reputation을 함께 반영합니다. 아무 활동도 하지 않은 사람이 악의적으로 스팀파워를 구입해 플래깅 하는 행위를 방지하기 위함입니다.
플래깅은 스팀잇 유저만 가능하도록 합니다.
명성은 스팀잇 내 모든 활동(글 읽기, 댓글 달기, 업보트, 다운보트 등)을 반영하도록 합니다.

외부 추천을 보상에 반영되게 되면 사람들은 자신의 글을 적극적으로 페이스북이나 트위터와 같은 SNS에 소개할 것입니다. 외부에서 스팀잇으로 유입되는 인원이 늘어나게 되고 스팀잇에 대한 홍보가 저절로 이루어집니다. 구독자의 일부는 스팀잇 유저가 될 것입니다.

유저의 증가는 분배되는 스팀 수와 스팀 달러 량 감소로 이어지겠지만 스팀의 가치가 상승하게 되면 상쇄되거나 증가하게 될 수 있습니다.

더불어 몇 가지 의견을 제안합니다.

-번역자 우대
스팀잇 글을 번역하는 경우 발생하는 수익은 원저작자와 번역자가 5:5로 나누도록 합니다. 영어 뿐만 아니라 다양한 언어의 번역이 활성화 되어 좋은 글 소개가 늘어날 것입니다. 그만큼 원저작자의 수익 또한 증가하니 좋은 일입니다.

-스팀잇 이미지 사이트
스팀잇에 올린 이미지를 검색할 수 있는 사이트를 개설하여 외부에서 상업적인 용도로 이용할 수 있도록 제공합니다. 스팀잇 이미지를 필요한 데 활용하는 대가로 스팀을 지불하게 한다면 스팀 매수가 발생하게 됩니다. 이미지 사용료는 스팀잇에서와 마찬가지로 분배합니다.

-웹툰 서비스
웹툰 서비스를 만듭니다. 현재 스팀잇에 웹툰을 올리는 게 불가능한 것은 아니지만 웹툰을 전문으로하는 페이지가 있으면 보다 적극적인 유입층이 형성될 걸로 보입니다. 또한, 유료 제도를 도입하여 몇 화 이상부터는 스팀으로 지불하도록 설정할 수도 있을 것입니다. 앞서 제안한 '번역 우대 정책'이 있다면 웹툰도 다양한 언어로 번역되어 소개될 수 있으리라 생각합니다.

-국내 거래소 스팀 화폐 추가
국내 거래소에서 스팀을 거래하도록 합니다. (이쯤되면 막 던지는 거 같죠?) 그러나 어쩌겠습니까. 암호 화폐를 거래하는 사람들이 스팀에 관심을 가지고 스팀잇을 알게되어 들어오는 경우가 많은 걸요. 국내 거래소에서 스팀이 거래된다면 스팀을 거래하게 되는 사람들 상당수가 스팀잇에 관심을 가지게 될 것입니다.

스팀잇은 스팀을 다른 가상화폐와 차별화시키는 분명한 매력입니다. 많은 사람들이 머리를 맞대고 생각한다면 훨씬 좋은 아이디어들이 나올 겁니다. 이번에 제안되는 여러 아이디어들 가운데 좋은 아이디어들은 번역되어 적극적으로 논의되면 좋을 것 같습니다.

그밖에도 좋은 의견을 주신 분들이 많습니다.

가장 얘기가 많이 나온 것이 블로그 내 항목별 분류를 가능하게 하는 것입니다.

For Steem's value and Steemit's development, it is important to increase the number of users and to be introduced outside of internal activities.

I think there must be a change in the Steemit compensation scheme to make the factor introduced to the outside world.

Suggest adding an external (non-login) recommendation rate along with Steemit user recommendations. The percentage of external referrals should be discussed. It is also possible to set an external referral cap instead of a flat rate.
Internal referrals and flagging reflect not only Steempower but also Reputation. This is to prevent anyone who has not actively maliciously purchased and flagged Steempower.
Flagging is only available to Steemit users.
Reputation reflects all activities in Steemit (reading, commenting, upboat, downboat, etc.).

If external referrals are reflected in the compensation, the ratio of introducing to SNS will increase.

The increase in users may lead to a reduction in the number of Steem and Steem that are distributed, but they can be offset or increased as the value of Steem rises.

Prefer translators
If you are translating a Steemit article, make sure the original author and translator have a 5: 5 split. Translation of various languages will be activated, and good introductions will be made. It is good because it also increases the profit of the original author.

Steemit image site
We have created a site for searching images uploaded by Steemit for commercial use from outside. Steemit If you have to pay Steem for the image you need, you will get a Steam buy. Image usage fees are distributed as in Steemit.

Webtoon service
Create a webtoon service. It is not impossible to upload a webtoon to Steemit at this time, but if you have a webtoon-specific page, you will have a more active inflow layer. You may also be able to set up a pay-as-you-go system with Steem for a few more. If there is a "preferential policy for translation" mentioned above, I think that WebToon can be translated into various languages.

Add Steem to Korea Exchange.
Have Steem traded from Korea Exchange. People who trade passwords are often interested in Steem and come to know Steemit. If Steem is traded on a domestic exchange, then many of those who trade Steem will be interested in Steemit.
