Don't worry, this is all by design.
1 thing they learned from bitshares and coins that failed, is that you need to make a stash early on and then cash-in early on ... because you have to keep paying for developers and servers etc.
that's why they created the @steemit account with a whopping 70 million steem power
and they need a big enough fund to pay a lot of developers for the next 6 months ...
so ... just give it some time, it will be ok
thanks. but basically as long as they keep this place active then I am all good. I have so much fun and learn quite a lot since I came here . it is not too hard to treat my early small investment as a donation to the dev team. haha.
