See If You Can Follow Where I'm Going

Steemit is missing out on a huge, absolutely gargantuan opportunity in my Internet addicted opinion. Improving the interface to essentially replicate the function of YouTube's user interface and searching features.

Why?

Well because quite bluntly, there is a group of humans out there that have decided that certain videos are not family friendly, or quite simply too controversial. They really don't want the people that are creating these videos to become successful. Economic warfare has begun. This new tagging collection is now being used to reduce / remove the add revenue of certain content creators.

So What?

Well...as soon as more YouTubers learn that they can earn additional money over at Steemit simply by posting the work they are already doing. Well then we get a whole bunch of cool shit to watch. Then imagine if other content creators from other websites start learning this? Let's just call that mass adoption.

Why would this be done to people?

Two reasons I can think of:

(1A) Economic battle for the attention of people, because frankly what a human sees exposes them to something. Its what happens when you trigger someone. This is enormous to add revenue and propaganda power. Go look up how much this USA spent this election on digital media between the only two (theoretically different) political parties.
(1B) Economic revolution for the individual human. How dare the little guy finally be able to make money on the internet. I need them to come work in my corporate environment as a cubicle slave. I have done 5 years of that and been laid off 3 times. Let me tell you, fuck that life. I would like to be able to afford to have a home for my family.
(2A) Something else that they are exposed to, is what I call an idea. Books have been burned. Printing Presses destroyed. Journalists slain. Humans learn as fast as they can consume content. I regularly stay up late watching all kinds of shit online. Just imagine what someone would do that had the drive to learn. Powerful people are being exposed and they can't have this, so they must engage in a covert means of war. Much like the one JFK tried to warn the American people about.
(2B) How do you beat them? Break their backs?? You organize, you unite, you strike, and you break their system. They only care about economic power, it has bought them the planet, and us along with it. Until we figured out how to use the internet.
