Steem has been accumulating at this price for a few days now. Do you all believe that the price will see over $3 if BTC remains past the 8k figure?

I think it will, but I also think it's going down the next major "bad news" in the markets, and with all the turmoil in the world that'll be in about ....next week. But the good news is if you don't sell off your steem or SBD then you haven't lost anything. Eventually it will go back up.

we can just hope. a few days ago it has touched2.93. and then fall down to 2.78. and now 2.67. let's see what happens but always hope for the best.
