That's a good plan. We do same by creating a unit at Steemjet called newbies department where we target promising newbies with some upvotes to encourage them to stay in the platform.
User adoption is quite important and so is user retention,
That is great! Definitely need more motivation for newer users especially as the price of the STEEM coins remain low.
