It shows the amount of daily transactions on the popular blockchains. These types of sites are exactly what investors are missing when they look at what projects to speculate on because they don't realize the amount of activity on Steem and Bitshares.
Nope, they do realize the spam and plagiarism transections on steem. That's why steem isn't getting any good investments. And the main node slowing down because of spam doesn't help either.

It's only the beginning, any decentralized platform is going to have the same issues. Give it time I believe they'll find a solution to the crappy comments.
