Very informative. Re-steemed

It is difficult to understand how 5 and 6 are going ahead with clearly no consensus amongst witnesses {puzzled frown crawls across manly visage...settles firmly between brows}

While there are some with objections to 5 purely from the time period stand-point, most seem focused on the potential for abuse and if a method for abuse-mitigation was implemented, I think it would have no problem getting approved.

Permanently edited, as in they will be off-chain?

BTW, this:

On chain.

Does this mean that 5 and 7 will be coming out? There's a pretty strong consensus against them!

There are no decisions yet. Everyone is continuing to discuss with the goal of reaching consensus on the right set of changes to move the platform forward.

@liondani are 3 people on that list not supporting HF17? Why are 3 rows blank? Riverhead,Charlie Shrem, Kyle

No, they just haven't responded yet with a formal stance, this whole discussion pretty much took place over the weekend.

ah I see, thank you @blocktrades.

That pretty much settles it.
