@kevinwong, truly agree to some Steemian who had mentioned about the original quality post which was submitted, but do not get enough attention. It is upon parents (whale) to determine which kids should be rewarded more. :) For a healthy eco-system and right education, it should be aligned on what you had learnt and not just how popular one person is.
